Weekend recap- 8.29.2010

This weekend was amazing. I literally did nothing and I enjoyed every minute of it. Some of our close friends recently just bought a house so most of our weekend was spent at their house. We even had sleepovers! Yee! Haha. I didn’t take any pictures but Friday night I attended my coworkers wedding reception. Here I am with a couple of my coworkers, sitting on the floor unfortunately.

I love any excuse to dress up fancy so it was nice to be able to put on a dress and heals and feel pretty.

Aside from relaxing I’ve been enjoying hanging out with good company. My friend Steph and I went shopping today and I finally was able to find a good looking picture frame for my Audrey Kawasaki piece the boyfriend bought me back in February. I’ll post pictures of it another day. I love hanging out with our friends because Steph and I can cook dinner together all the time. I love it! I’ve been so motivated to cook lately that last night I made a delicious dinner for the babe and I. I made yummy tamales, spanish rice, corn, a side of diced mango with a slice of red velvet cake. Let’s just say the boyfriend was pleased and finished everything on his plate.

I spent most of tonight catching up on homework and scheduling lots of good posts for this week. I’m going to try to schedule posts from now on so there aren’t such long gaps in between each post. Have any of you tried this? I’m gonna give it a go.

Anyway, I’m gonna get back to hanging out with our friends. We’re playing Halo 3. Hope you’re having a good night!

Audrey Kawasaki tattoo ideas

So as many of you know, I’ll be going up to Reno this weekend to get more work done on my arm. I’m so excited because that means 1 more session until my arm is done! Yay! Furthermore, while I’m up there I want to talk with my tattoo artist about my next tattoo! I am so excited! I’ve been wanting a piece of Audrey Kawasaki’s work for quite sometime now and while looking through some of her artwork I picked out a select few that I might consider getting tattooed on me. As far as the location, I’m not quite sure about that too. I’m thinking possibly my back or on my side(ribs) ughhh that will be so painful! But I know if I get it done by the artist I’ve been going to, it’ll turn out nothing short of amazing. So out of a bunch of her pieces I picked out these ones. Now, as readers I would love your input on which one you like!
